CMP installed 19,401 individual 48” Hardi shakes on the exterior of this award-winning, 3-story, 92,000 sf, high-end senior living community, of which KBE managed the overall construction. Also, part of the $700,000 scope for CMP was installation of 25,763 linear feet of exterior trim. For CMP, the project represented one of the largest projects undertaken to date. The project demanded an exacting level of craftsmanship to meet the quality demands of the project owner as well as extensive coordination with other trades on site.
