CMP Exterior is committed to a safe workplace.
Safety is the number one priority at CMP Exterior. Our comprehensive Safety Program, along with ongoing training of our field teams, helps ensure a safe workplace. Our safety education programs include training required by a governing agency, as well as task-specific training to help lower the risk of employee injuries.
Prior to the start of work, our field teams develop Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) for any extraordinary tasks. Safety “Tool Box” talks are held weekly.
Our Safety Director and/or senior managers regularly visit our project sites to ensure compliance with:
- CMP’s written Safety Plan and Manual;
- OSHA regulations;
- Any specialized safety requirements for a specific project or as required by the General Contractor or Construction Manager.
