CMP Exterior expands geographic reach, lands five new projects to kick off 2019
15 March 2019, West Suffield, CT: CMP Exterior, a Connecticut-based construction trade firm specializing in commercial exterior coverings, kicks off the first quarter of 2019 with the award of five new siding projects.
Since opening in 2017, CMP Exterior has been growing steadily and expanding its client base beyond Connecticut to include general contractors and projects in Massachusetts, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
New projects underway include:
- North Haven Senior Living, North Haven, CT: Hardie fiber cement siding & trim for this 101,000 sf, two-story senior living community (with general contractor New Valley Construction)
- Burlington, MA Mall: Specialty siding for exterior renovations to an existing retail mall. (constructed by general contractor Graycor Construction Company)
- Mountain Farms Mall, Hadley, MA: Specialty siding for exterior mall renovations (constructed by Coastal Construction Corporation)
- Southampton, PA Senior Living: Masonry installation for an 88,000-square-foot, two-story assisted living community (with general contractor New Valley Construction)
- AllTown Café and Market, Waterbury, CT: Installation of wood and fiber cement siding and interior corrugated metal for the new construction of a 4,600 square-foot new gas station and market (general contractor KBE Building Corporation).
