CMP provided fiber cement siding and trim boards for the two multi-family residential buildings. The buildings provide a total of 44 residential units within the 22,913-square-foot and 27,250-square-foot structures. The project has been designed for Passive House+ Certification. Dellbrook | JKS is the construction manager; the project architect is Meander Studio.
